| New Release of Handy manometer PG−100N |

Tokyo, Japan – NIDEC COPAL ELECTRONICS CORP. released this month a new handy manometer
"PG−100N series".
The new PG−100N series, which are portable and built-in battery type, have been developed for
pressure confirmation and pressure monitoring.
They feature compact & light weight and high accuracy by adopting a diffusion type semi-conductor
pressure sensor as a pressure sensing element, and a digital temperature compensation circuit.
They are suitable for various applications, such as industrial instruments, pneumatic instruments,
FA machines and so on.
